Refund & Returns Policy

In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
All returns must be notified in advance by email to our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

customized or made-to-order products,
items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
